Oman is the most southerly country in the world; the Arabian Sea borders the country to the North, the Gulf of Oman to the west, the Red Sea to the south, and the Arabian Sea to the east. The country is a small country with only about 6 million people.

The population is also growing due to the growth of oil and gas exploration in the country.

Oman has a rich cultural heritage, and many visitors to this country come for its diverse cultural experience.

E-visa to Oman

Oman is one of the extraordinary countries that you need to visit at least once in your life. How to make it happen? Let’s start with an explanation of how to obtain necessary travel authorization. In the case of Oman, you will have to take with you two key documents, a valid passport and an e-visa.

The option of obtaining an electronic visa online was introduced back in February 2018, and it was a revolution to all travelers interested in visiting Oman.

tourists

Since then, all tourists from the list of visa-exempt countries can apply for e-visa online. There’s no need to visit the embassy at all because the whole procedure starts and ends online.

After the application is submitted and accepted, all you need to do is wait for a confirmation email. Your e-visa will be sent to you online in a separate email message.

When you are sure you want to visit Oman only once, you can apply for a single entry visa. With this electronic visa, you will be allowed to stay in the country for 10 or 30 days, depending on which one you will pick in the application form.
